Project: A 1-into-2 subdivision of a 1,012 m² site, delivered in two stages. Stage 1 involved subdividing the property to create a new vacant residential lot, which was sold, and a vacant rear battle-axe lot. In Stage 2, the rear battle-axe lot was retained and developed into rooming accommodation.
How It Was Purchased: Direct from the owner. This gave the owner certainty when securing her new home.
