1 into 7 subdivision with 60 days Due Diligence. Purchased in Feb 2020 at the start of covid, off market through an agent. Property was quite steep but had 3 street frontage so managed to create a 3 blocks in a lovely new cul de sac and 3 elevated blocks and also retain the 4 bed / 1 bed house. House renovated to become a 4 bed/ 2 bath house. Project took 22 months.
McGinn Rd

1 into 6 subdivision – 10,620 sqm block. Derelict house not lived in for many years. Purchased off-market through an agent as a deceased estate. The property has an ecology overlay over 2/3rd of the block. 5 lots will be sold, the 6th large block will be kept and NDIS housing will be built and all trees protected. Project is expected to be completed by Dec 2023.

1 – 7 Subdivision - 3827 sqm block. Subdivision was conducted in two stages. Stage 1 is 1 lot into 5. Stage 2 subdivision will be developed into 3 lots. Lots of issues to resolve onsite so working with the owner was key for this site. Purchased in December 2021 and the project is expected to be completed by Nov 2023.

Coaching and mentoring people is my passion so being involved in Property development over the last 7 years and seeing the impact the mind has on the decisions, actions and focus required for success in this space, I decided to focus on coaching and mentoring people in the property development space.
I help people unlock the training they've already done to become successful in property development, property investing or wealth creation.
My experience in the property development world, coupled with the leadership skills gained in the British military experience working in the high performance units both in the Royal Navy and the Gurkha Regiment and over 20 years experience working at some of the top firms in the world including Microsoft, Oracle and Barclays Bank enables me to get people focused, believing in themselves to gain confidence and into action in order to live the life they deserve.

Our commitment is foremost to sustainable and high integrity business practices and a part of this is giving back to the community.
We have committed to donating 10% of profits to Foodbank Queensland and have been working closely with the organisation to help others become involved.
