This development was purchased as 2 houses side by side totalling 4958sqm. It will be subdivided into 6 lots. Both houses will be retained and renovated for sale and the remaining blocks will be accessed from a new cul de sac in a very quiet pocket of Everton Park.
Grove Ave, Arana Hills
This development was from a 645 sqm block purchased directly through the owner in December 2021. It was subdivided into 2 lots and completed in August 2022.
Kluver Street, Bald Hills
This 3827 sqm block will be subdivided into 8 lots. It was purchased in December 2021 with expected project completion in June 2023. The subdivision will be conducted in two stages.
Osborne Road, Mitchelton
This 600 sqm block was purchased to provide NDIS housing. It was purchased directly from the owner in January of 2021 and is expected to have build completion in February 2023.
Buckland Road, Everton Hills
This 3 street frontage, 5822sqm block was secured and developed into 7, 580m2+ lots. Working with the sloping land we have created elevated lots to capture cool breezes and sunsets.
McGinn Road, Ferny Grove
This 10,620 sqm block was secured with a plan to develop into 6 lots whilst creating a design that maintained as many trees’s as possible and created a useable area so the site would be maintained and protected

1007sqm splitter block, already on 2 lots. 521sqm and 486sqm. Character house which was protected located in the centre of the block which was moved onto the 521sqm block, house was lifted, renovated and sold.
Vacant lot was also sold. House was a 3/2/2 house after the renovation and sold with plans for a 5/3/2 house if it was built in under.
