Walkabout properties are a Brisbane based boutique development company covering South East Queensland. We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and business partners.
We specialise in land sub-divisions, NDIS developments, affordable housing and renovations. Delivering quality and affordable housing to meet the current demand of our growing city. Our aim is to produce developments in a sustainable manner and limit the impact to our natural environment.

Founder and Director
Property is my passion so when I learnt that not all developers are evil and it doesn’t have to be a male-only environment. I set off on a journey of education and being the best developer I could be.
Having worked for many years in high-end hospitality venues and fast-paced call centres for large corporate organisations I learnt the importance of excellent customer service. I then used these skills to work in the IT industry solving problems as a software tester / test manager in the finance, insurance, government space where the end user is the most important part and solving problems was part of my everyday life.

Co-Founder
Coaching and mentoring people is my passion so being involved in Property development over the last 7 years and seeing the impact the mind has on the decisions, actions and focus required for success in this space, I decided to focus on coaching and mentoring people in the property development space.
I help people unlock the training they've already done to become successful in property development, property investing or wealth creation.
My experience in the property development world, coupled with the leadership skills gained in the British military experience working in the high-performance units both in the Royal Navy and the Gurkha Regiment and over 20 years of experience working at some of the top firms in the world including Microsoft, Oracle and Barclays Bank enables me to get people focused, in action and believe this themselves and gain the confidence to live the life they deserve.

Our commitment to giving back
We are both passionate about our support of Foodbank Queensland and are looking forward to increasing that over the coming years.
We also enjoy regularly bringing other friends and developers together to work in the Fareshare kitchen. Helping the amazing Fareshare team in the kitchen and with packaging up the meals that go to a sadly increasing number of people who need that extra bit of help.
We have committed to gifting 10% of our profits to Foodbank Queensland!
We are both community-minded and believe strongly that our success should flow back into the community. We, therefore, are passionate about our support of Foodbank Queensland and the team of amazing people within the organisation.
We have committed to gifting 10% of our profits to Foodbank Queensland to help them with the amazing work that they do to support all of the people in Queensland who are suffering from food scarcity.
In addition to this, we have worked with other business owners to get them involved in Foodbanks work such as the School breakfast program as well as donating directly to them.
