Kluver Street
Project: A 1-into-7 lot subdivision of a 3,827 m² block, completed in two stages. Stage 1 involved relocating the existing house and subdividing the land. Stage 2 included the construction of four Robust NDIS dwellings: one house and three villas.
How It Was Purchased: Direct from the owner. This was a complex site, so working directly with the owner allowed the deal to progress while achieving the best outcome for all parties.
