Russell Street
Project: A 2-into-5 lot subdivision across two adjoining properties, with a combined site area of just under 5,000 m². Both existing homes were retained and renovated. The road was extended and services were installed to the three new vacant residential lots created as part of the project.
How It Was Purchased: Through a real estate agent. Due to the complexity of the site, the property was purchased subject to development approval. An extended settlement period gave the owners plenty of time for relocation.
