McGinn Road
Project: A 1-into-6 lot subdivision of a 10,620 m2 site in the heart of Ferny Grove. This site presented a number of environmental and site constraints. Walkabout Properties worked with the council to obtain development approval while protecting significant trees and responding to environmental constraints. The site was then on-sold for the approved project to be completed.
How It Was Purchased: Off-market through an agent. The purchase was not subject to development approval.
