Working directly with the owner helped this deal progress as there was a lot of moving parts due to the complex site issues, this also allowed the owner to fully understand the timeframes involved to maximise her sale price and plan for the future
Project completion expected in Nov 2023. DA for stage 1 was approved in Jun 2022. Stage was approved in Feb 2023. Construction starting in May 2023.
