This 600 sqm block was purchased to provide NDIS high physical support housing. It was purchased directly from the owner in January of 2021 and is expected to have the build completed and fully tenanted by February 2023.
Development in Progress
Building contract signed in late 2022. Build start is March 2023 with a project full tenanted by Nov / Dec 2023.
