The plan is for this 10,620sqm block to be subdivided into 6 lots whilst protecting as many tree’s as possible. The 6th lot will be kept and NDIS housing will be built.
With a derelict house and a large block of land, the site was ripe for development as it has been laid vacant for many years so was very overrun with weeds and a house that had been vandalised.
It was purchased off-market through an agent as a deceased estate and a difficult site to deal with.
The property has an ecology overlay over 2/3rd of the block. There are 2 street frontages which will be utilised. for the development.
The plan is 5 lots will be sold, the 6th large block will be kept and NDIS housing will be build and trees protected.
Purchased off-market through an agent in Feb 2021. The project is expected to be completed by Feb 2023 with building work to start soon after.
